I don't think it sounds too bad since the second s in Susanna has a z sound. It would sound worse if her ln began with a Z. What does bug me a little is the repeated san. It wouldn't be as bad as Suzanne Sanders because the a of Susanna lifts it up at the end. Having said all that, I don't think that sort of repetition would bother anyone who wasn't a name nerd. Personally, I'd be thrilled to meet a little Susanna and I wouldn't care what her surname was!
