It's Ok, but I don't really think it's fantastic. I also think it might get popular because of the singer Rihanna perhaps, or be mistaken for Rihanna and other spellings.
I much prefer Rhiannon when pronounced with a welsh accent!
I might choose another welsh name to go with it, such as Anwen or Carys - I love both!
