Rhiannon had a big popularity surge in the 80s in Wales (where I'm from), so there are a lot of young adult Rhiannons about, and it feels quite unexciting to me. But it's a nice enough sounding name.

I think it's trashy, to be honest. But I'm fairly certain my feelings towards it are marred by a girl I once knew.

It's Ok, but I don't really think it's fantastic. I also think it might get popular because of the singer Rihanna perhaps, or be mistaken for Rihanna and other spellings.
I much prefer Rhiannon when pronounced with a welsh accent!
