Michal has meaning and history as a girl's name. But sometimes it's not worth the headache to use it if there is confusion. "No, not
Michael as in the boy's name. M-i-c-h-a-l. It's a Hebrew girl's name." How old would that get?
As a combination, I don't like how close the "k" sounds are in
Michal Kassandra.
