Do you count names that sound the same but usually have different spellings depending on the gender? Course, in the old days, there were no set spellings.

Loren (m) /
Lauren (f)
Francis (m) /
Frances (f) - feminine form from the masculine form, but it dates back to the 1600's.
Also,
Julian. It's been used on both genders since the middle ages.
