Marion? I thought of this one because it was John Wayne's actual name.

Also, would a name like Dale count?

Lately I've seen people use August on girls, though I don't think that counts as legitimately unisex; in fact I highly frown upon such usage.

Marion is a good one! It has two different etymologies, but they're both used in English.
