Unless they're British. I only know a little of her myself.

I like the name and I think it's usable. It might get a few raised eyebrows but not many

Hitler is pretty much universally known and disliked, so I figured some people at least would know of her. The reason I ask is that American blogger Elisabeth of youcantcallitit.com said once that Unity Mitford is what comes to mind for her. :/
