I love Anastasia because it's dark and mysteriously beautiful. I think Theodora and Anastasia make quite an enchanting sibset. :)
No, I don't think it's too frou-frou, and I think it's fine for a non-Russian/Greek to use. Ever hear of the Anastasia Krupnik series by a writer named Lois Lowry? It's a series of kids books, and a quirky, off-beat girl named Anastasia is the heroine. So I think it can be pulled off by a regular girl just because of her.

Anastasia dark?
Somehow the idea of dark and resurrection don't fit together in my mind... It's extremely bright and happy in my mind. Elegant perhaps, but happy.
