The name has a nice sound, very different.
Still.. it reminds me of the magazine Cosmopolitan, which is not a very nice connotation for a boy's name in my opinion..

I LIKE Cosmo!!!!! (Not fond of Reuben, but that's another matter.)
Cosmo is the first name of Kramer on Seinfeld, but that shouldn't be a problem, should it?
