As a native to Connecticut...I cannot say I'm surprised by those names. Rocco and Miles seems to be popping up in a lot of places. Giana Arielle is rather pretty.As for other places:
Katherine Violet - this name is gorgeous
Winnie Jane - a little too cutesy for me but I can totally imagine it on a young middle class girl in the 19th century.
And I love a lot of the Elizabeths.
