I don't know if I could ever use this name, think of this. If you are in a grocery store paying and little Patience (we'll say mn is Sophia) is getting a little impatient and you say in a certain tone, her whole name as in "Patience Sohpia". Well, some people could think you were saying "Have some patience, Sophia". Then people hear you calling her just Patience and they think oh my, her name Patience, not Sophia. That would just be confusing to me.
