This one has grown on me lately, but only as a mn. BTW, I had a Cabbage Patch Kid YEARS ago named Ingrid Patience. I hated her name then but I love it now. :b

Patience GraceI am not good at explaining things, so bare with me.I don't know if I could ever use this name, think of this. If you are in a grocery store paying and little Patience (we'll say mn is Sophia) is getting a little impatient and you say in a certain tone, her whole name as in "Patience Sohpia". Well, some people could think you were saying "Have some patience, Sophia". Then people hear you calling her just Patience and they think oh my, her name Patience, not Sophia. That would just be confusing to me.

I think it's a very nice virtue name. I can't stand ones like Faith and Hope so this is a welcome change to me. I think anything with a classic or Biblical sound would go well with it. I think something trendy or very ethnic would clash, though.

Patience is very pretty name but it often gets shortened to Pat or Patty which I hate! But it's not often used now which is a plus!Patience Elise
