For the most part, I'm not in favor of nns as fns. Here are the ones from your list that I think work:

Daisy - A Daisy is a thing and I can't imagine what it could legitimately be a nn for.
Molly - It sounds nothing like Mary even though it's a nn for it.
Millie
Romy
Allie
Jamie - Because it's been used as a fn for decades and I'm hard-pressed to think of anything it could be a nn for outside of Jamesina (sounds made-up) or Jamina.
Indy - I like it because of Indiana Jones.
