I like it, but on a girl. The only time I ever heard it was on a girl, it's the name of an actress named Cree Summer. She did the voice of Susie on the Rugrats and does various other voices for various cartoons.
Side note: I just discovered her brother's name was Rainbow, thought it was interesting and worth mentioning.
