Paulina are on my "why aren't they more popular?" list, so these names are right up my alley.
Of your two names, they are both nice, although
Paolina is more limiting. It needs just the right fn, more so than fungible
Paulette. Happily,
Allegra fits perfectly with
Paolina's Italian flair.
Allegra Paolina is a definite winner.
