Yah, that is very possible when it comes to many celebrities, however in this case I highly doubt that is a reasonable explanation. I truly believe it is his name.
Honestly, if celebrities don't want the press to know their children's names why not take a hint from Christian Bale and not just tell it at all? His daughter is what, like three or four and no-one has yet to find out her name.

I really hope this is true, but with Pete Wentz, it's probably his real name. Also, it would be Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz the 4th if they went with the family name.It was probably born with a stick of eyeliner in it's hand, too...
