Happy btnvnveirs!
I was really stuck on
Pippin nn
Pip for a while, because of the Pippins and the Karls in the Carolingian dynasty around the time of
Charlemagne's birth. I think of kings. Then I tried to imagine
Pip on anyone I knew. My friend
Jordan? Ridiculous. My orchestra director
Robin (m)? Ridiculous. My theater professor
Paul? ... Definitely not as ridiculous. My old history teacher? Entirely ridiculous. With reluctance I crossed it off my shortlist. I can't quite get into
Philip, I wish I could. I really like
Philip Oswald, a funny little name to go with another funny little name. I toyed with
Pippin RUdolf, if
Philip Rudolf interests you at all.
Berenice I am never sure about. It is Bare-and-icy in my only
Berenice combo,
Julia Berenice. There is something more dashing about Bare and eetchay though.
Chichi's adorable. (I call my dog
Che chichi all the time so that might explain why I think that)
Eos I tried to like and couldn't. Happens with a lot of mythology names.
