It takes imagination to get the first three letters out of the name, especially because they're not pronounced that way. I'd never use it, but I wouldn't mind seeing it on a little girl. If that's all your worried about, then don't. If it was pronounced ti-TAN-ya, it might be a situation to consider, but it's not.

Isn't it supposed to be pronounced ti-TAN-ya (or ti-TAN-ee-a)? I've always heard it said that way in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
