Chloé is the French form of Chloe and is pronounced klo-AY. É makes an 'ay' sound, not an 'ee' sound. If I saw the name Chloé written down, I would absolutly assume it was klo-AY. If corrected, I would of course only say KLO-ee. But klo-AY is not at all a stupid pronounciation, it is the correct one.
Why did your parents choose to spell your name Chloé instead of Chloe?
