Opinions and a few notes...
It's Molly, not Mollie.
And Kit's name is Margaret Kittredge. Kit's just a nickname from her last name.I think all of them fit their time periodsKaya sounds lovely, and her siblings' names are cool.Felicity is growing on me. I like William, and while I don't like Nan and Polly that much, they fit with the rest of them.Josefina is very pretty, and Ana, Clara, and Francisca are beautiful.Kirsten and Lars are okay, but I love Peter and Britta a lot.Addy is a good nickname, and there are certain full names that I really like for it. (It stinks the book never tells you if that's her full name or not.) Sam is a good strong name, and fits the character. Esther is pretty.Samantha's an okay name. Fits its story well.I like Margaret a lot, and the nickname Kit from her last name is cool. Charlie is definitely a good fit for a teen boy from the 30's.Molly is one of my favorites. Jill and Brad are okay, and I'd prefer Rick over Ricky.Julie's a decent enough name. I don't like Tracy.Mia's pretty. I wonder if it's Amelia NN Mia.

I didn't actually read the books, so I obviously wouldn't know about her full name being Margaret. I just looked online bcause I saw the show on Oprah. There they call her Kit Kittredge

Kit's name was Margaret Mildred Kittredge. :-)

If I recall correctly...Addy's full first name is something along the lines of Aduke, though I don't know if that's spelled right or not. I think it was her grandmother's name, or at least the name of an ancestor from Africa.

I think you might be right... + additional note for thread creator...about it being the ancestor.I think it was that Aduke came over on a boat from Africa when she was a young girl. She had a cowrie shell that she had taken with her. That shell was what Addy's mom gave her on a necklace during their escape from the plantation.I don't think that Addy's full name is Aduke. I think she's probably named after her. But they might never have confirmed it. It could go either way.((I just looked up about Mia: She's not a new historical doll. She's just the new doll of the year. They've come out with a new one about every year since 2001.))
