Cleo very well. It's CLEE-(uh)na or even CLEE-'na, like
Caitriona is approximately pronounced like
Katrina. And I kinda agree with
Isla about the "look" of
Cliona... I think it's the CLI letter combo at the beginning and the fact that the I is short, vaguely reminding me of the words 'clip' and 'click' ...
I do like Cleona pronounced to rhyme
Leona, though, with nn
Cleo. I have seen the name Cleona actually used, by the way.
