Re: John

I really like John. It is so modest and simple name, and everybody knows, how to spell it.
If you think that John is boring, you can always use other John-realted names, like Johnathan, Jack, Giovanni, Jean, Ian, Hans, Sean, Ivan, Jan, Johannes, Jake, Jackson etc...
John Samuel
John Morgan
John Nathanael
John Lawrence
John Conrad
John Steven
John Maurice
John Rudolf
John Neville
John Edgar
John Richard
John Claudius
John Gregory
John Sherlock
John Philipp
John Alexander
John Lionel
Evander John
Steven John
Leonard John
Oscar John
Colin John
Lewis John
Alan John
Wolfgang John
Abel John
Raymond John

John makes a nice neat middle name.
Jonathan has a great sound, but Jonathan is the correct spelling (not Johnathan) - from Hebrew Yonatan. John is also from Hebrew (Yochanan), but it's incorrect to spell Jonathan Johnathan in view of the Hebrew equivalents for each name. I also think that Johnathan's too gimmicky.
