My initial thought was "Why me?!"...
Such a scary thing to be told during your first pregnancy... I'm still terrified that one of them might not make it, or that even I might not make it... But I'm praying that at the end of this ordeal, I'll have three perfectly healthy children keeping me up at night and wearing me out. :)

Not only unusual for her age, but boys in multiple cases are much more rare than girls...so, if you end up actually having two boys you can consider yourself even luckier!
