I love Thoedora (elegant and old-fasioned) but I don't think Dot or Dottie works as a nn. I'd go with Thea (my favorite) or Dora. Theodora Carys is my favorite combo. I also like Alice Beatrix (Alice Frances has too many S sounds), and Grace Amaryllis (I'm not a fan of two mn's).

I definitely prefer Theodora to Dorothea. I like nn Thea, but Dot would be cute. I'm not crazy about Dottie. I like Theodora Eibhlin best of your options. Eibhlin lends some life, I think, to the more solid and old-fashioned Theodora. Also, I like the look and sound. Theodora Carys would take second place.
I would definitely vote Alice Frances. Grace Amaryllis Octavia is pretty, though Grace Amaryllis would be nice too. I think Grace is beautiful as a fn, so much better than when used as a mn.

Grace Amaryllis Octavia does nothing for me. Grace Octavia would be nice, but Amaryllis is a little too ostentatious for my tastes.

I don't like Theodora. Theodora Carys is nice though. How about Theodora Catharina? I knew of someone calles that.
