pretty name

I think Vivica is beautiful, especially when it's compared to the similar Vivian, which I don't care for. I knew a woman named Viviene (she pronounced it "vi VEEN") and I found it pretty as well.

It's not bad, an interesting alternative to Vivian. There is Vivica A. Fox, and Will Ferrell's wife is named Viveca, I've also seen it spelled Vivika & Viveka.

A couple of other similar names are Vivia and Viven (My Great-Uncle's name).

Hmm..I've heard it pronounced VIV-ah-cah more often, but that could be a southern pronunciation since I've only known one, but I couldn't tell you for sure. It's a posh sounding name to me, but I'm not sure if it's a good or bad kind of posh. Just posh. I prefer Vivien though.

Well, actress Vivica A. Fox (the A stands for Anjanetta) pronounces her name as you're pronouncing it. To me, it sounds very harsh. I much prefer Vivian / Vivianne or Vivianna.
