Message: "Keira" - Behind the Name

WDYT of this name? Is it more proper to spell it Keira or Kiera-does anyone know? (I know that the Irish spelling is Ciara, which I love, but in North America I don't think anyone would pron. it correctly unfortunately!)

Which do you like more? Keira/Kiera or Caitlin? I can't decide between them! Caitlin is just so darn overused-that's what holds me back.
