I love, love Susanna (and yes, the -h does matter!). One of the nice classy names I like, and I think it would make a genuine sibset with Thomas.
Susannah is all right as well, but I prefer Susanna. And as for the nn, I can't really imagine Susie above toddler age. Sue is an option, but I like Sanna the best.
