~S: Ian Lawrence (straight blond hair, blue-eyes, nb)A lot has happened in the past nine months! Not only for Adrian and I, who have gotten married AND had a son, but for Lissa and Miles, and Talia and Alexis. Lissa and Miles are engaged, to be married in December, and have a baby boy or girl on the way. Talia and Alexis ran off to Paris and got married as well!On May 9, Adrian and I had found out we were pregnant. We were so happy, though shocked! We had not been planning the pregnancy, and we were expecting a few months of completely uneventful living together. However, as soon as we found out that our future son or daughter was on the way, we were so so happy! We decided that we wanted to get married while I was pregnant. We had known that we wanted to wed eventually, but hadn't ever discussed it more than a casual mention. So, when I was six months pregnant, we married on June 3. It was a lovely, small wedding in a garden full of lilacs, white tulips, and butterflies, with only our families and eight or nine close friends each. I was wearing a white silk, straight dress that I loved. The ceremony was beautiful. Adrian's mother and my father wed us.Talia and Alexis opted for a more... Private wedding! They secretly married three weeks ago. We were all shocked. They said they were going to be gone in Paris for a few days, and when they came back-- They were so blissfully happy to announce their marriage! We all just gaped and stared. They married in a Church with only them and the pastor. Then they went around Paris perusing galleries and eating in cafes for a few days. It was perfect for them.Lissa and Miles are going through a transition. Smoother than I knew it was possible. They have everything all so... Planned. And, everything seems to be going accordingly. Bizzare. They announced three months ago that they were going to try for a baby. Two months later they were pregnant! They were so happy. When they announced it, they simply said "Hello, Sara, hello Adrian. Guess what, we're pregnant! We are so happy." So now they are waiting for the little one. They are not finding out the gender. Lily Cornelia or Aidan Zaccheus is due May 17th! They are also recently engaged. They are not sure of the date, but sometime after the baby is born. Miles proposed to Lissa at our house, when they were over for dinner. He got down on one knee, asked her, she said yes, and then we all got in on a group hug. Finally, our baby boy, Ian Lawrence, was born two weeks ago- He blessed us with his presence September 21, at 7:35 pm. He weighed in at 8 lbs, 2 oz. He is so beautiful and good natured. He sleeps well, much nicer than I expected! Adrian and I were bracing ourselves for getting up every hour or so. Ian is contented, however, sleeping for three hours, eating, sleeping another hour, sleeping, and then gets up one more time to eat after another two. It's wonderful. He babbles a lot and hardly cries. We are having trouble breastfeeding, but we hope it will improve. Overall, we are ecstatic with our new son, he is truly cherished.
