I've loved it for years. I have a special penchant for girl's "i" names. But what I love about Indira the most is that "deer" sound in there. (It's the same reason I love the name Deirdre.)

I love it. Its on my list. It is gorgeous, unusual and classy. It is much better than the increasingly popular India which is uber-trendy with little substance.

I think Indira is beautiful. Good thing, it means "beauty." ;-)

It's one of my favourite names and I really consider this as a possible name for a daughter, if I ever have one.

All the Indi names are quite popular at the moment. I went to school with an Inday, so im quite used to Indi names, although i dont like all of them, Indira is nice.
