I pronounce those exactly the same. Was one pronounced loo-ee? Either way, way too close for siblings and not I'm not a big fan of the name, especially the Lewis spelling. I definitely wouldn't use it on a girl. If I wanted that name for a girl, I'd use a feminine version like Louise, Louisa, or Luisa.
