[Opinions] Give me your honest thoughts on the name Peach for a girl
Thoughts on the name Peach?

Honestly, it's to be avoided. My friend's father used to call her Peaches when she was a little girl - she had and still has wonderful skin and soft, pink cheeks - but though her looks never changed, her nn did. Peach, I suppose, is better than Pineapple, but not good enough to rise above all the sexy/physical connotations. I knew a family once, friends of an aunt, whose ln was something like Peachy; I never knew how to spell it. But it brings with it the possiblity of Peach or similar as a lnfn, which makes it even worse.
It could be a cute nickname, but as a first name, it could be problematic, especially because the fruit has some presumably unwanted sexual associations. If you like a fruit name, you could use Clementine, Olive or even Cherry or Vanilla, or if you like a color name, you could use Lavender, Lilac, Violet, Hazel, Scarlet, Coral, Ginger, Indigo.
Peach as a name does have similar vibes to Honey, Goldie, Belle, Dove, Bunny, Daisy, Clover, April, Blossom, Candy, Dollie, Easter, Dream, Elle, Grace, Faith, Fawn, Flower, Lily, Fleur, Hope, July, Lacey, Laurel, Pearl, Posy, Rainbow, Snow, Summer, Sunshine, ect. I would not pick Peach.

Great fruit, terrible personal name.
I have distant family members with Peach as a last name. Saying it out loud, it isn't an overly attractive sound (Peach screech)
I don't think it's a very good first name. It's both ugly, cutesy and does have, in a modern world, sexual connotations.

I think it’s an adorable nickname
It's a bit too oddly sexual. I also think of "impeach."
I laugh at the peach emoji almost every time I see it, but still didn't think about it in relation to the name. I expect only younger people to make the name seem sexual. I've never heard an older person compare a butt to a peach, but I've heard them say some other shit. So I guess the risk is not worth it. xD
Peach wouldn't make a good name. It is too babyish and I can only imagine the teasing potential that may arise when she's old enough to attend school. Would anyone take her seriously?
Hmmm, it's a fun sound, but for a real life person I think there is too much potential for sarcastic remarks, like "Well, aren't you a peach" and "Peachy keen" being used against someone. It's got the same issues as names like Patience, Serenity, Sunny, Happy, etc. But the meaning of peach is nice, and I love the color and the fruit!
It's like a nn, terrible for a full name
It just reminds me of the Mario character. I do like peaches and I think the name itself sounds sweet and nourishing, but also kind of childish.
It's like Honey or Sugar; too cutesy to be anything but a family or intimate nickname.
