I love the name Winter, one that I have very positive associations with thanks to a friend. I think it sounds great on any gender.
Summer is sweet, and probably the most “normal” of the season names.
Autumn is okay, I’m not sure what nicknames could be used with it.
I’ve never heard of Spring being used as a name before, but it sounds sweet on any gender.
