[Opinions] Winter etc.
Wdyt of season names? I like Winter the most.

That would be my least favorite one. I don't really like season, day, month names because I feel like it is weird to use on someone not born then, but is completely uncreative and boring to use it on someone who was born then. I know a girl who already has a daughter named Summer and is planning on naming her baby that will be born in June, Winter. That just seems wrong. However, I also know a girl named April who was born in April and I always think that her parents didn't put any thought into it at all. I like Autumn the most and that is probably because I don't actually use it often for the season since everyone around here says fall.
Winter is underrated and I increasingly like it. It might be my favorite season name?
I also really like Autumn, and would consider giving a child this name.
Summer is fine, and I don't have any objections to it but I'm less likely to use it on a child.
Spring should not be a name.

Spring is ambiguous...
*a coiled spring
*to spring forward
*water from a spring
*spring planting season
It seems similar in style to Brooks, Sprout, Rainbow, Apple, Petal, Cricket, Moss, Brightly, Stone, May, Butterfly, Fawn, Sparrow, Acorn, Yellow, Breeze, March.
Summer makes me think of sun-faded fabric, golden days, heat stroke, a beach bum, names like Tanner, Blaze, Taylor, Julian, August, Ocean, Jasmine, Savannah, Sunny, June, Sol, Misty, Desiree, Dream, Chelsea, Emerald, Kiki, Cindy.
For Autumn I think of dynamic but generally restrained things and names like Adam, Russell, Rowan, Journey, River, Thyme, Hollis, Harmony, Melody, Temperance, Ivy, Audra, Octavia, Noa, Willow, Tessa, Pearl, Ember, Hallie.
Winter seems most currently trendy to me, and I think of high contrast colors, minimalism, quietude, survival, names like Hunter, Winston, Wyatt, Knox, Galen, Loki, Silas, Tristan, Wolf, Briar, Mercy, Artemis, Luna, Olwen, January, Patience, Ebony.
I like a few of the names I associated from each of them, but Autumn is my favorite. It seems the most balanced to me.

I love seasonal names! I used to dislike Winter because of a cruel character from a cartoon, but I was able to detach my impression from that, and I learned to really like it.
Autumn is okay. Spring is unique, but so much so that it's almost unimaginable as a name. And summer sounds fresh. All of them are nice, but winter might be my favorite because it's the most unisex, and it's represents a stormy type of strength. I'm thinking the Arctic tundra. It's cool.

I love the name Winter, one that I have very positive associations with thanks to a friend. I think it sounds great on any gender.
Summer is sweet, and probably the most “normal” of the season names.
Autumn is okay, I’m not sure what nicknames could be used with it.
I’ve never heard of Spring being used as a name before, but it sounds sweet on any gender.

They're not bad, although a little out of fashion.
Spring is very hippy-ish, which is not bad, but it sounds a little cutesy.
I dislike Summer, although it may grow on me in a future. It's kind of 1990's or 2000's dated.
I really like Autumn, it's cute and versatile.
Winter is okay. It's pretty on both genders, but I like it more on a boy.

However, my favourite season name is Primavera.
