The combo is semi-creative and pretty. It spices up Sara, but probably not Belle who is fine by herself.
Similar to Felie, I dislike the look of hyphens. It splits the name in half for no reason. Why isn't a space enough? But then again, without the hyphen, it just looks like a first name and a middle name, not a double name. Its really confusing. I'd go for Sarabelle because it looks more finished than Sarabel (the "cerebral" and "terrible" comments have temporarily killed it for me).
Or I'd use Sara Belle. 8/10 combo.
