I kinda like Sara Belle. Belle is a little cliché as a middle, but it’s sweet and pretty. I can see why.
It doesn’t need a hyphen, but Sara-Belle would look nice. Sarabel looks too much like a mushed together name and just ends up looking like a cow name.
