It's a pretty common old-fashioned combination in the southeastern US (I was just looking at my extended family tree and saw more than one Sarah Belle).
I don't have a preference about the hyphen.
The portmanteau looks nice, but reminds me of cerebellum.
I'd like Seraphine and Claribel more.
