tbh I do like Bill and love Billy. William, while nice, is far too common for me to use (and I do NOT want the chance of my kid being nicknamed Liam. Nothing against the name Liam, but this was my stalker's name).
Never met a Bill or Billy though. Liam and Will are names I've met.

I loved Liam when it was really uncommon and now I hate it. Soooo whiny.
