Is there any indication where www.baby-name.kr has obtained this information? I couldn't see anything, so I sent an email asking.
In the past I've added non-Roman lists for Israel and Russia. It shouldn't be a major issue as long as the names are written in Hangul. Han characters would be more difficult.
