Hmm... I suppose I wouldn't pronounce it the French way. And I would absolutely die if I was forced to spell it Emileigh, so I get your point.
I've considered it as a mn. One of my profile combos is Rosamund Emily. But... I just can't get it out of my head as a fn! Argh!
