I know what you mean. I think it's so pretty, but yeah, a little yawn from seeing it so often. I like the Emily spelling best, and Emilia just reminds me of Amelia (another past favorite ruined by popularity).
I like Rosamund, Constance and Josephine with it a lot.
I actually like Emily in the MN spot, too. It's kind of different there. I think your list would be lovely switched around, with the less popular names as FN and Emily in the middle. The flow is still there, and if she wants to be called Emily it would work, but that way the popularity isn't the first thing you think of when you hear it. It's sort of just background noise in the MN, not quite a filler, but still safe and pleasing.
