I love "Georgie" I think it's spunky and sweet at the same time but I would never bring myself to use it as a full name. My only option would be Georgina as it's the only "George" name that I really like (and have done since I was a child).
Georgette is the next variant that I like but Georgia and Georgiana are not for me.
I think maybe Georgianne is a prettier spelling? Or just go for as you hear it, Georgie-Anne, but I like double barrel names and I know a lot of people don't...
