I deleted the name because when I double-checked it, I could only find it as a surname and unfortunately you didn't provide any sources that proved its use as a given name.
I generally don't contact the submitter as there are too many names submitted to get back to every single submitter every time, especially since the guidelines clearly state that the burden of prove rests upon the submitter:

I found that name in a telenovela set in 1800s in Madrid. So I suppose that yes it could be very rare nowadays.

And how do we know that just because its used in a Telenovela that it was used in real life? It might be able to stay as a Pop Culture admission.
I checked Facebook and could not find any people with this given name. It really looks like it fell out of use (like so many names do all the time).
