Kathryn, without a doubt. Kathrine looks like a typo. It looks strange, almost as strange as Katy Perry's fn (Katheryn).

I'm no fan of Katy Perry's music, but I actually think her real name (Katheryn) looks really cool. (It's the way Catherine Parr, Queen of England actually signed her name, so we really should be referring to her in history textbooks as Katheryn Parr.) I'm more partial to Katharyn, myself.
