Adelaide - I agree, this one is really ruined by
Addie.
Audrey - doesn't need a nickname, so not a problem! I've never encountered Audreys going by nicknames.
Balthazar - hm, I think that anyone who likes
Balthazar would be open to various short forms. None of them would be too conventional or baggagey. ?
Charlotte - no need for a nickname!
Efraim - no need for a nickname
Esther - no need for a nickname
Felicity - ew. yeah.
Florence - yeah, I agree this is ruined
Frances - agree. I feel even more so about
Francis (m).
Helen - no need for a nick.
Helena - yeah, I guess if you say it heh-LEN-a and don't like
Lena.
Louisa - I'm no fan of
Lou either
Sebastian -
Bastian's really not that bad. I can't see anyone using anything else in real life. The Sebastians I've known go by
Sebastian. It's not longer or more difficult than
Adrian, which pretty much never gets nicknamed either.
Mine:
Conrad,
Constance - I really don't like
Connie.
Demetria - I like
Deitra and Metra but nobody does that, they say Demmy /
Demi, ugh.
MarcellaPriscillaWoodrowFrancisVictoria (I like
Vicky but not
Tori)
EdwardCallista
Names I only like the nicknames for, not the full names:
MarcPennyPeggyMaxCharlieTomCarrie /
Cari etc
CarlyGwen -
Gwenyth and
Gwendolen are okay, but not that great.
