Elijah Holland - Very classy, I like it.
Gabriel Bryce - Ditto.
Abel Moroni - Is Moroni a surname? I can't get over the fact that it has "moron" in it. And Abel is nms.
Nicholas Robin - I love Nicholas, too, and couldn't find a middle name for it for the longest time. Don't know why I didn't think of Robin... (I settled on Owen.)
Spencer Levi - I love this! This is great.
Judah Ajax - Judah is cool (and gutsy), though I've never thought of Ajax as a name outside of the mythological character. It almost sounds like the name of a company.
Phineas Israel - Written out, the combo looks a little confusing, with one name having an "ea" pattern, and the other having "ae." Not a big fan of either name individually, either.
Henry Sebastian - Very classy. Henry is traditional, but Sebastian spices him up.
Ephraim Conrad - I like Ephraim, but not with Conrad. Mixing genres.
Percival Dallin - Is Dallin another surname? Never really liked Percival, either, to be honest.
Eleanor Camille - I like both names individually, but something is off when they're put together. That said, I wouldn't turn my nose up on meeting an Eleanor Camille in the real world.
Magnolia Eloree - Never heard "Eloree" before, and I can't say I like the sound very much. Magnolia is adorable, though.
Rose Linnet - Rose Lynette would have been a touch softer, but as it stands the combo has a harsh, abrupt sound to it.
Mary Clementine - For the most part, I'm in the camp that Mary needs to take a nice, looooong break from use to regain some of its charm (I've known way too many Marys, of differing ages, all my life). That said, this is lovely.
Hazel Elaine - The ending "-el" of Hazel and beginning "El-" of Elaine are a little awkward together, but like your #1 combo, I wouldn't turn my nose up on meeting a real one.
Sariah Everly - Cute, just a touch trendy. I have a soft spot for Everly, and Sariah isn't bad, either. Not sure, though, if Everly is a good middle for a name that ends in a schwa...
Lydia Ruth - Lovely, very classy. Traditional without being stuffy.
Pearl Genevieve - Gorgeous!
Salem Coralie - Salem on a girl is something I've never seen before. Don't think I'm a fan of it on anything other than a black cat. Coralie is pretty, though.
Minerva Violet - I love it written out, but the Vs do kind of run into each other.
All in all, that's a good set!

Thanks for all your feedback, I really appreciate that!
ETA: Dallin was a surname originally but has become such a popular first name in my culture that I don't think anyone remembers it was ever a surname.
