Elijah Holland - Very classy, I like it.
Gabriel Bryce - Ditto.
Abel Moroni - Is Moroni a surname? I can't get over the fact that it has "moron" in it. And Abel is nms.
Nicholas Robin - I love Nicholas, too, and couldn't find a middle name for it for the longest time. Don't know why I didn't think of Robin... (I settled on Owen.)
Spencer Levi - I love this! This is great.
Judah Ajax - Judah is cool (and gutsy), though I've never thought of Ajax as a name outside of the mythological character. It almost sounds like the name of a company.
Phineas Israel - Written out, the combo looks a little confusing, with one name having an "ea" pattern, and the other having "ae." Not a big fan of either name individually, either.
Henry Sebastian - Very classy. Henry is traditional, but Sebastian spices him up.
Ephraim Conrad - I like Ephraim, but not with Conrad. Mixing genres.
Percival Dallin - Is Dallin another surname? Never really liked Percival, either, to be honest.
Eleanor Camille - I like both names individually, but something is off when they're put together. That said, I wouldn't turn my nose up on meeting an Eleanor Camille in the real world.
Magnolia Eloree - Never heard "Eloree" before, and I can't say I like the sound very much. Magnolia is adorable, though.
Rose Linnet - Rose Lynette would have been a touch softer, but as it stands the combo has a harsh, abrupt sound to it.
Mary Clementine - For the most part, I'm in the camp that Mary needs to take a nice, looooong break from use to regain some of its charm (I've known way too many Marys, of differing ages, all my life). That said, this is lovely.
Hazel Elaine - The ending "-el" of Hazel and beginning "El-" of Elaine are a little awkward together, but like your #1 combo, I wouldn't turn my nose up on meeting a real one.
Sariah Everly - Cute, just a touch trendy. I have a soft spot for Everly, and Sariah isn't bad, either. Not sure, though, if Everly is a good middle for a name that ends in a schwa...
Lydia Ruth - Lovely, very classy. Traditional without being stuffy.
Pearl Genevieve - Gorgeous!
Salem Coralie - Salem on a girl is something I've never seen before. Don't think I'm a fan of it on anything other than a black cat. Coralie is pretty, though.
Minerva Violet - I love it written out, but the Vs do kind of run into each other.
All in all, that's a good set!

Thanks for all your feedback, I really appreciate that!
ETA: Dallin was a surname originally but has become such a popular first name in my culture that I don't think anyone remembers it was ever a surname.

I love all of your feminine names! Well, Autumn is okay, for me, but I love all the others.
Off your masculine list, I like:
Malcolm
Eli (preferably as a nickname for Elias or Elijah)
Liam
Ezra
Abram
At first I thought Israfel was a typo and that you meant Israel, but I looked it up on here and it's a variant of Israfil (one that Edgar Allan Poe has used, apparently, though I've never read that poem of his). It's strange to my eyes and ears right now, but I do like it more than Israel.

It is a pretty consistent list as far as first names go...
Alden Francis - Classic, just a touch preppy. I'm picturing a little boy in a tiny tweed jacket. Alden Phoenix is mixing genres in the oddest way.
Declan Amaziah - Declan is a decent name on its own, but somehow it has acquired a bratty reputation. Same thing happened to Callum. Like, a teacher reads those names off in roll call and thinks, "Oh, Lord, here we go." I have never, ever seen Amaziah before (or if I did the last time I read the Bible, I don't remember it). It sounds almost like "a messiah." And I don't like Messiah as a personal name, at all...
Graham Everett - This is a great name. No complaints.
Asher Charley - Why Charley, and not Charles, as the middle? That said, Asher is nms (I don't like "ash" names), but I can see its appeal. I don't think Charles or Charley, with heavy "tsh" sounds, mix well with a name with such a heavy "sh" sound.
Mordecai Elias - Mordecai is a huge GP for me, and I'd love to see it in real life. Elias is awesome.
Canaan Tiberius - While I love the above combo, this one looks like it's trying too hard to be "hipster cool." It's a little much.
Benedikt Julian - I prefer the look of the Latinized spelling, Benedict, but this is still a great name (I prefer it immensely to Benjamin). That said, the ending "-ikt" sounds awkward leading into the "Ju-" (dzhu) of Julian. It's a very heavy name.
Timaeus Barrett - It's not as over-the-top as Canaan Tiberius, but neither name is my style, at all, so I'm not sure how to approach this one.
Holden Casimir - Never liked Holden as a name, nor "Catcher in the Rye." Casimir is all right.
Ezra Nathaniel - Good, wholesome name.
Helena Rebecca - Classy and strong.
Giovanna Rosalie "Gia" - This is lovely.
Freya Evangeline - Gorgeous!
Cecily Isidora - Cecily has been on and off my Top 10 for years now. I love how it's light and airy but not too frilly (or insipid). But Isidora is so heavy in comparison, I don't think they match well.
Severina Vesper - If there ever was a middle name to match Severina, this is it.
There's no particular meaning behind Thomas Matthew Emory. I had Thomas Emory as a combo for a while but thought it was missing something, and one day stuck Matthew in the middle. I liked the flow of it, and it has stayed there ever since. It's the only three-name combo still in my Top 10, and it has been there for months, if not a full year.
