I would pronounce it lye-Anna, to rhyme English
Diana. It doesn't look like it's the same name as
Leanna (lee-Anna) or
Liana (lee-Ahna) to me; otherwise why the Y?
It doesn't have any special appeal for me, but it's not bad. Vaguely evokes "lion."
