I used to think Jill was a lovely and understated name, but that has changed now that the only association I have with it is the Duggars. Even the endearing face of a jill (female) wallaby can't erase such an awful image in my head.
And to comment on Jillian: I much prefer Gillian. It has more substance and strength to it.
