Katarina: CA-tuh-ree-nuh, I like Kit and Kate, though they aren't the nns I would pick for it myself. I think the name itself and beautiful and elegant, but it's not my favorite in it's family personally.
Katarina Lily stands out to me, it just has nice flow.
Other ideas: Katarina Blythe, Katarina Bridget, Katarina Dove, and Katarina Mercy
Calla: CAL-uh
Calla Violet strikes me as odd because it's two different flowers in one name, but I really like Calla Bronwen and Calla Vivienne.
Other ideas: Calla Damaris, Calla Fabienne, Calla Temperance
Aviana: I've never seen this before, but I would guess AY-vee-ah-nuh first and AV-ee-ah-nuh second, I think it's pretty, but a bit trendy stylistically
Of your combos I like Aviana Claire best.
