Katarina: CA-tuh-ree-nuh, I like Kit and Kate, though they aren't the nns I would pick for it myself. I think the name itself and beautiful and elegant, but it's not my favorite in it's family personally.

Katarina and Calla are both lovely names, but I dislike Aviana, which I've usually heard pronounced ah-vee-AHN-a. It's too frilly and kind of snooty sounding. Although it isn't all that popular, it's close enough to other -iana names that are en vogue that it just doesn't seem that interesting.

Katarina is beautiful. I like it better than Katherine, and I would like it not to have a nickname, but that's probably expecting too much of such a long name. If I had to come up with a combo, I'd make Katarina Dawn.

Calla: I say this like callus without the s. I don't care for it, it's cutesy and has a "Look how original I am! I saw Calla in the birth announcements and it's soooo much less popular than Kayla!"

Aviana: I guess I would pronounce it Ay-vee-ANN-a, but really I have no idea. I don't like it anyway, it sounds like an airline.
